Latest study shows small and medium size enterprises (SME) of UK consider freelancing as a key for their stability.
Recently a research was conducted by Office Cavalry a specialist freelancer recruitment firm, in UK, which reveals that more than half of the SME’s (52 percent) believe that workers on contract payroll will make some good contribution in coming years. This study adds that 93 percent of SMEs consider freelancing a real alternative for hiring permanent staff.
It shows that the smaller firms are rapidly changing their operating plans. This is a good sign for freelancers worldwide. Recently a freelancing portal EU Freelance was bought by freelancer.com to dominate the European market. Now the enterprises in the Europe too are looking forward to freelancing.
For freelancers it is important to note that they can demand more money for their job from European companies that from companies from any other countries.
